About The Role

As a Creative Lead at forpeople, you’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering the exceptional work that define our clients’ brands and experiences.

Working closely with Associate Directors, Creative Directors and multidisciplinary teams across design, strategy and experience, you’ll guide the day-to-day creative delivery of projects from early exploration through to ambitious creative outcomes. That might mean building a brand world, developing identity systems, prototyping digital experiences, or defining how ideas move and behave.

We’re looking for an experienced designer who is comfortable leading work that spans brand, digital, motion and campaigns while remaining hands-on. Someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with outstanding design craft, enjoys helping others grow and consistently raises the quality of both the work and the designers around them.

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Leading the creative development of projects across brand, graphic and digital design
  • Shaping ideas into tangible outcomes – from identity systems to digital products and motion-led experiences
  • Exploring ideas through sketching, prototyping, AI and emerging creative tools
  • Collaborating with strategists, writers and designers to translate ideas into creative outcomes
  • Defining how brands behave across platforms, touchpoints and environments
  • Presenting work internally and to clients with clarity, confidence and conviction
  • Helping guide teams to maintain high standards of creative craft and detail
  • Leading internal and client-facing workshops and creative presentations
  • Mentoring and supporting junior designers and strategists
  • Helping teams respond effectively to client feedback and evolving project needs
  • Supporting new business initiatives and pitch development where needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Confident in the creative use of cutting edge AI, including prompting, rapid exploration and integrating generative workflows into the design process. An awareness of how design systems adapt across platforms, interfaces and environments.
  • Holistic system thinking – Solid experience in building identity systems that are cohesive, flexible and enduring. The ability to think beyond individual outputs, shaping brands as connected ecosystems across touchpoints.
  • Team mentorship – Active in mentoring and developing more junior designers and creatives across the studio, and contributing to a positive, ambitious culture.
