Lead our creative team at a pivotal moment. Following our brand relaunch, we need an experienced Creative Manager to embed our refreshed brand and deliver bold campaigns that make a real difference to people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

Whether your background is as a Creative Lead, Art Director or Senior Designer stepping into leadership, this is an opportunity to shape creative strategy, guide and develop a talented team and produce impactful creative content that connects with our community and strengthens engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative team to produce bold, engaging and audience-focused work that brings our brand to life
  • Shape creative concepts and campaigns that capture attention, build meaningful connections and increase engagement
  • Transform ideas, briefs and organisational priorities into impactful visual storytelling that highlights our work
  • Champion creative excellence, ensuring every asset reflects high design standards and a consistent brand experience
  • Drive innovation by identifying new creative approaches, emerging trends and tools that strengthen communications
  • Collaborate with teams to develop creative solutions that support fundraising, awareness, campaigning and supporter engagement
  • Guide the creative journey from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are effective, timely and aligned to strategic objectives
  • Oversee the development of flagship publications, reports and campaigns, working with internal colleagues and external creative partners
  • Embed a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement, empowering others to develop their skills and confidence

About You

  • Excellent design knowledge and are confident using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Inspirational creative leader, with experience managing teams, and implementing/improving workflow processes
  • Experience managing freelance creatives, photographers or videographers
  • Confidence in managing multiple deadlines and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy exploring new creative trends, technologies and ways of working, and can turn fresh ideas into practical solutions
  • Experience working with charities, purpose-led organisations or community-focused brands
  • Understanding of video production and graphic design
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems and creative workflow tools
  • Confidence delivering workshops, presenting creative ideas and helping others get the most from design resources
