About E-Labs
E-Labs is a specialist paid media and strategy agency working across festivals, nightclubs, theatre, comedy, concerts and other live experiences. We build and run campaigns across paid social, email, WhatsApp and websites for clients across the UK, Europe and the US – combining creativity with performance-driven execution, at speed. We sit at the intersection of culture, entertainment and digital marketing, working closely with event organisers to sell tickets and grow their audiences.
Who you'd be working with
You'll work directly with me, Sarah, Partner at E-Labs. I'm German, based between Europe and Asia, and absolutely love my work. If you're a bit of a perfectionist and obsessed with progress, this will be fun and rewarding for you. You'll learn everything I know – what I need back is someone who likes learning, picks up what they're taught, and runs with it.
This isn't a role where you sit in a queue of tasks. You take real pieces on – clients, creative, decisions.
The role
You'll develop and run marketing campaigns for festivals, club nights, concerts and other live events – from concept through to post-event analysis. Day to day, that means:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Setting up and running Meta ad campaigns: targeting, budgets, creative tests, daily checks
- Using AI tools to produce ad creative quickly: copy, crops, overlays, static and motion versions of the same idea
- Storytelling across ads, email, WhatsApp and the site – same idea, different formats
- Running email and WhatsApp sends through CRMs like Brevo or Klaviyo: weekly campaigns, sequences, community messages
- Building and editing landing pages and small sites using AI coding tools like Cursor
- Monitoring performance, interpreting the data, and proposing what to change next
- Tracking trends in music, nightlife and live events to inform the creative
- Taking real ownership of clients and the creative workflow behind them
Who I'm looking for
Early in your career and hungry – this is a dream-job opportunity if you're the right person
- Creative. You want to own clients and the creative workflow, not just execute tasks
- Sharp with data and wants to get very good at it
- A fast learner. Doesn't need things explained twice. Your academic background is secondary to this
- Already fluent in AI tools, or keen to get there fast – API, MCP shouldn't scare you off
- Comfortable figuring out new software without a manual
- We teach the systems. Any pre-knowledge of festivals, clubs, live events or nightlife is a big plus
- Any background in design, ads or data is a bonus, not a must
- Reliable and proactive. Tells me when something's done, tells me when something's stuck
- Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages are an advantage

How this works
Structured as an ongoing full-time freelance arrangement, paid per project/retainer. There's room to grow quickly as you take on more ownership, and enough work for this to become more than a full-time engagement. There's serious money to be made and a huge amount to learn along the way.
To apply, send me
- A short note in your own words: why this, why you (no generic AI slop)
- One or two things you've actually done. Doesn't need to be marketing – a project, side hustle, something you built or created. What you did, what happened, what you learnt from it
- Anything that shows how you work: a link, a screenshot, an example
- Write it yourself. No AI-written CVs or lengthy cover letters.
