Marketing & AI Content Producer

We are looking for a creative, visually sophisticated and highly motivated Marketing & AI Content Producer to work across Astoria Auctions and Fable & Windsor, specialising in antique, vintage and fine jewellery.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves jewellery, storytelling, film and emerging AI technology. We are looking for someone who can take a beautiful or historically interesting piece of jewellery and turn it into compelling visual content that makes people want to stop, watch, learn and ultimately bid or buy.

The Role

You will help develop and produce our visual and digital marketing across Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms, as well as content for our websites, auction campaigns and individual jewellery lots.

The role will include:

  • Filming jewellery and behind-the-scenes content
  • Creating and editing Reels, TikToks and short-form films
  • Developing short creative films around individual jewellery pieces
  • Using AI creatively for film, imagery, animation and editing
  • Helping develop stories and concepts around antique and vintage jewellery
  • Turning historical research and jewellery provenance into engaging visual narratives
  • Creating promotional content for upcoming Astoria Auctions sales
  • Marketing individual auction lots before each sale
  • Producing content for Fable & Windsor’s fine and antique jewellery
  • Planning and maintaining social-media content
  • Helping build engagement, followers and ultimately buyers and bidders
  • Experimenting with new formats and technologies as AI filmmaking develops

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

AI & Technical Skills

We particularly want someone who is already comfortable and confident using AI creatively, rather than someone who is simply interested in learning it.

Experience with several of the following would be ideal:

  • Midjourney
  • ChatGPT
  • Google Flow/Veo
  • Runway
  • CapCut
  • Adobe editing tools
  • AI image generation
  • AI video generation
  • Generative editing and animation

You do not need to use every platform listed above, but you should understand how to combine traditional filming and editing with generative AI to produce polished, imaginative content.

Who We’re Looking For

You may come from filmmaking, content creation, digital marketing, fashion, luxury, art, jewellery or another highly visual field.

You should have:

  • A strong visual eye and sense of composition
  • Excellent filming and editing skills
  • Genuine proficiency with current AI creative tools
  • An understanding of Instagram and TikTok
  • The ability to create elegant content suitable for fine and antique jewellery
  • Strong storytelling instincts
  • Initiative and plenty of ideas
  • An interest in history, art, design or jewellery
  • The ability to work independently and turn an idea into finished content

Knowledge of jewellery is helpful but not essential. Curiosity, creativity and an ability to learn are more important.

About Us

Astoria Auctions is a developing specialist jewellery auction house bringing together expertise in fine and antique jewellery with a fresh approach to presentation, storytelling and digital marketing.

Fable & Windsor specialises in antique, vintage and fine jewellery, with a presence at Grays Antiques in Mayfair.

We want our content to feel beautiful, intelligent, atmospheric and contemporary—using modern technology to tell the stories behind jewellery that may be decades or centuries old.

To Apply

Please send a short introduction together with examples of your work or portfolio.

We would particularly like to see examples of:

  • Short-form films or Reels
  • AI-generated or AI-assisted video
  • Product or luxury content
  • Creative social-media campaigns
  • Examples demonstrating your editing and storytelling ability

Please also tell us which AI creative tools you currently use and how proficient you are with them.

This position would suit someone excited by the opportunity to help shape the visual identity of two growing jewellery businesses rather than simply stepping into an established marketing formula.
