Location: Head Office – Norwich
Salary: £32,000 (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: Full-time or part-time considered
Motorvogue is a forward-thinking and growing automotive retail group representing a wide range of leading brands across six locations. Our franchises include Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, CUPRA, SEAT, Hyundai, Citroën, Peugeot, Omoda and Jaecoo, with dealerships in Northampton, Bedford, King’s Lynn, Norwich, Bury St Edmunds and Dunstable.
We are now looking for an office-based Creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at our Norwich Head Office, working closely alongside our Marketing Manager to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates, offering flexibility to suit the right individual.
The role can be either full or part time, we are flexible when it comes to hours/days worked.

You’re creative, enthusiastic and full of fresh ideas. You enjoy turning concepts into engaging content and love working across a variety of marketing channels. Whether it’s designing eye-catching visuals, creating social media content or supporting campaigns, you’re ready to make an impact.

- Previous experience in a marketing or creative role (or a relevant qualification)
- A strong interest in content creation across digital platforms
- Good understanding of social media channels and trends
- Basic design skills (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe or similar tools)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding (or willingness to learn) FCA compliance requirements within marketing
The Role
This is a varied and creative role where you will support the delivery of marketing activity across all Motorvogue brands. Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you will help create engaging marketing materials and campaigns for use across a range of platforms.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content across all platforms
- Designing marketing materials for digital and print use
- Assisting with campaign planning and creative execution
- Supporting the delivery of events across our dealership network
- Updating and maintaining the company website with engaging content
- Supporting brand activity across all franchises
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, partnerships and promotions
- Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and FCA regulations
- Monitoring campaign performance and assisting with reporting
- Working with dealership teams to support local marketing initiatives

Remuneration And Benefits
