About MAYA NORA
MAYA NORA is a London-based womenswear brand rooted in the founder’s Indian and German heritage. Exploring themes of Heimat (home), identity and belonging, the brand creates womenswear with an emphasis on craftsmanship and longevity.
The Role
We are looking for a Creative & Marketing Assistant to work closely with the Founder across the day-to-day creative and marketing activities of MAYA NORA.
The role will include:
- Social media planning, content creation and curation across all social channels
- Creating and editing visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- Supporting campaign launches, email marketing and wider digital marketing activity
- Researching current social media, fashion and cultural trends
- Contributing ideas for social content, campaigns and brand storytelling
- Supporting influencer gifting, PR research and outreach
- Assisting with content shoots and campaign preparation
- Supporting Shopify updates and general digital brand activity
- Helping with general creative and administrative tasks within a growing independent fashion brand

About You
- Strong visual eye with good graphic design and content curation skills
- Good understanding of layout, typography, visual storytelling and brand consistency
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- Good understanding of social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok
- Up to date with social media, fashion and cultural trends
- Familiarity with Shopify and email marketing platforms is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Genuine interest in fashion, branding, content and digital marketing
- Comfortable working within a small, growing business and directly alongside the Founder
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant creative, graphic design, content or social media work

Role Details
- Hours: 10–15 hours per week
- Pay: £15 per hour
- Location: London / Hybrid
- Start date: Early October 2026
- Contract: Initial 3-month contract, with potential to develop into a longer-term role as the brand grows
