Are you looking to build a career in beauty, content, marketing or the creative industries?
Lubna Rafiq Academy is looking for a Creative Marketing & Brand Intern to join our growing team.
For over 20 years, Lubna Rafiq has worked at the forefront of the beauty industry, with LRA helping to educate and develop the next generation of makeup and hair artists.

This is an opportunity to go behind the scenes of a growing beauty education brand gaining hands-on experience across social media, campaigns, content creation, live courses, portfolio shoots and brand development.

What you'll get involved in:

  • Supporting social media across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Creating and editing short-form content and reels
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes content at LRA courses and shoots
  • Supporting course launches and marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with content planning and scheduling
  • Student testimonials and graduate content
  • Influencer, creator and beauty industry research
  • Supporting email and digital marketing
  • Assisting with professional portfolio and campaign shoots
  • Reviewing content performance and helping identify new opportunities

We're looking for someone who is:

Creative, proactive and genuinely interested in beauty and digital culture.
You don't need years of experience. We're much more interested in someone with good ideas, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar creative platforms would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
