We are looking for a creative, driven, and highly organised Marketing & Campaign Administrator to join our growing team at Berwick Care.
This is not a role for someone who wants to simply "tick boxes." This is an opportunity for someone who takes real ownership, thrives on responsibility, and is motivated to bring ideas to life while delivering measurable results.
You will play a key role in shaping how we present our brand through engaging content, impactful campaigns, and high-quality marketing materials. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where creativity meets commercial awareness.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and delivering marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring everything is visually engaging, well-written, and aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Updating and managing website content using CMS
- Designing and producing marketing materials (digital & print)
- Creating engaging presentations and campaign assets
- Supporting lead generation activity and campaign performance
- Sourcing and managing imagery, photography, and visual content
- Writing clear, engaging, and effective copy
- Supporting social media and wider marketing activity
- Managing and prioritising your own workload effectively
- Continuously looking for ways to improve content, engagement, and results

Details
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Break: 1 hour unpaid lunch
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
