Creative Marketing & Creator Partnerships Lead

Location: Frome, Somerset / Hybrid (4 days in the office)

Type: Full-time / Permanent

Sweet Bee Organics is a fast-growing organic wellness and beauty brand rooted in nature, simplicity and efficacy. We create beautifully crafted products designed to support better sleep, calm and everyday wellbeing, naturally.

As a small but ambitious team, creativity sits at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Creative Marketing & Creator Partnerships Lead to play a key role in shaping the next stage of our growth.

Role Description:

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing, you'll lead creative marketing across our digital channels, combining creative thinking with commercial focus to drive brand growth.

You'll own our social media strategy, lead our creator and affiliate partnerships, oversee content production, and manage a small team and agency partners to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive both brand awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative marketing across our key marketing channels in multiple markets.
  • Own our organic and paid social strategy, delivering creative that drives brand and performance.
  • Lead our creator, influencer and affiliate strategy, building impactful creator and brand partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key platform contacts.
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports.
  • Oversee content planning, production and social shoots.
  • Use insights and data to optimise creative performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Design and Product to support launches and key brand moments.
  • Stay ahead of trends in beauty, wellness and creator marketing.

About You:

  • Proven experience leading creative, social or digital marketing within a consumer brand.
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social, creator marketing and digital growth.
  • Commercially minded, balancing creativity with data-driven decision making.
  • Confident managing projects, agency partners and competing priorities.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about beauty, wellness and building brands people love.
