Creative Marketing Executive – OOH Media

Wilmslow, Manchester | £27,000

We’ve picked up a great opportunity for a Creative Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing business within the Out of Home media industry.

This is much more than a graphic design role. They’re looking for someone with strong creative skills who also has a real interest in marketing, content and brands – someone who understands the thinking behind the creative and wants to get involved in ideas, campaigns and wider marketing activity.

You’ll be working across a real mix of projects, including:

  • Creating sales and marketing collateral, presentations and case studies
  • Producing content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital channels
  • Supporting marketing campaigns from idea through to delivery
  • Creating content that supports the commercial and sales teams
  • Spotting seasonal, cultural and industry opportunities
  • Photography and videography across OOH campaigns and events
  • Editing video content for social and marketing activity
  • Helping develop and maintain the brand
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the wider marketing strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Mailchimp, copywriting or digital marketing analytics would be a bonus.

The key thing is they don’t want someone who simply waits for a design brief. They want someone proactive and full of ideas who understands why they’re creating something and how great creative can support wider business objectives.

A really good opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop across creative, content and marketing within a growing OOH business.
