Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services - UK and Ireland

We have a great opportunity to join our growing marketing team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for a marketeer who combines strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging written content. Working across multiple businesses, brands and markets, you will support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.

The role will have a particular focus on creative content and communications, from designing marketing collateral and digital assets to writing copy for social media, websites, email campaigns and other marketing materials. This role is perfect for a creative thinker and self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, managing priorities and working collaboratively with the wider marketing team and stakeholders across the business.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years experience working in a marketing role with confidence to manage day-to-day marketing activities independently.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign illustrator, and Photoshop, with experience using them to create and edit marketing material.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, channels, and brands.
  • A good eye for design, layout, and brand consistency, with an understanding of how to translate brand guidelines into effective marketing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive and creative approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas and identify opportunities for new content and campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
