Creative Marketing Lead | Premium Interiors Brand | London / Hybrid
The Client
We're partnering with a premium, design-led interiors brand creating beautifully considered furniture and products for contemporary spaces. With a strong focus on design, quality and detail, the business has built a distinctive presence within the interiors market and continues to develop an exciting portfolio of products.
As the brand grows, they're looking to invest further in how it looks, feels and communicates across every touchpoint. From bringing new products to life through photography and creative campaigns, to developing the digital experience and creating the materials that support customers and sales, this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the creative direction of a growing design brand.
The Role
As Creative Marketing Lead, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day creative output of the brand, ensuring it presents itself consistently and compellingly across brand, digital, marketing and product launches. Working closely with the Head of Design and wider commercial teams, you'll translate product stories and business priorities into high-quality creative work that strengthens the brand and supports commercial growth.
You'll have a broad remit across digital and print, from website content and social assets to brochures, case studies, presentations, price lists and product launch materials. You'll also own the brand's photography and imagery, working with photographers, 3D designers and external partners to create content that brings the product portfolio to life.
This is a hands-on role for a creative who enjoys owning projects from brief through to finished artwork, but who also understands the commercial purpose behind the work. You'll have the opportunity to shape how new products are launched, improve the creative tools available across the business and help build a distinctive brand that stands out within the interiors market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
