Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Creative & Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced interior brand. This is a varied role combining creative direction, team management, photography, retouching, content creation and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing & creative team
- Create high-quality marketing assets across print and digital
- Plan and direct product & lifestyle photography
- Manage studio workflow and high-volume image assets
- Photograph and retouch products and lifestyle content
- Support customers with creative and media content
- Stay ahead of design, media and AI trends

What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial creative/marketing experience, ideally within interiors, retail or product-led brands
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills – InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
- Strong photography and retouching skills
- DSLR experience, ideally Canon
- Experience with Shopify and PIM systems
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Rush & After Effects
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace
- Confident leading a team and managing multiple projects
