Creative Marketing Project Manager - 12-month maternity cover contract

📍Location: Hemel Hempstead
💷Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 depending on experience
⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm

Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking an experienced Creative Marketing Project Manager to coordinate their Creative Studio's projects. This role is essential for ensuring that campaigns, launches, sales materials, digital assets, and events are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Managing creative projects from initial brief to final delivery. 🎨
  • Coordinating workloads and resources across the Creative team, freelancers, agencies, and external partners.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, and QA teams to manage project priorities.
  • Reviewing briefs, developing timelines and budgets, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Overseeing project workflows through Wrike and Veeva, ensuring compliance and necessary approvals.
  • Enhancing Creative Studio processes and project controls for improved efficiency.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, candidates must have:

  • Experience working within an agency, creative team, or design studio.
  • Strong skills in managing multiple creative projects and engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and prioritisation abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management and asset approval systems.
  • A good understanding of print and digital creative production.
  • Experience managing external suppliers, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile are desirable but not essential.
