Make Your Mark as a Creative Operations Manager at Storio Group
About the Role
As Creative Operations Manager, you lead the day-to-day operations of our in-house Creative Studio across all our brands: albelli, Photobox, Hofmann, posterXXL, önskefoto, and fotoknudsen.
You are responsible for ensuring creative campaigns and projects are planned, prioritised, and delivered efficiently, while helping evolve the Studio into a more scalable, AI-enabled, and future-ready operation. A key part of the role is operationalising smarter workflows, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working across briefing, planning, resource management, and creative delivery.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Operations Specialist, who owns the day-to-day traffic management and workflow coordination for the Studio. You will support their development and help evolve the Creative Ops function, while partnering closely with the Creative Studio Manager and Creative leads to keep the Studio focused, efficient, and set up for success.
You report into the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and work closely together to improve and evolve Creative Studio operations as part of a more scalable, integrated, and future-ready content operation across Marketing. This role can be based in Amsterdam, Barcelona, or London.

- Track content production budgets and oversee operational spend, ensuring delivery stays within agreed investment levels
- Support and mentor the Creative Operations Specialist

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
