Creative Operations Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Creative Operations Manager to oversee workflow, resource planning and project delivery across creative and technical teams.
Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll work closely with Design, Development and Client Services teams to ensure projects are accurately scoped, effectively resourced and delivered on time. You'll play a critical role in balancing priorities, identifying potential challenges and driving operational excellence across the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workflow and resource allocation across teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, priorities and delivery schedules.
- Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure work is appropriately briefed, planned and resourced.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks and resource conflicts before they impact delivery.
- Work collaboratively with teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and ways of working.
- Help maintain high standards of delivery and accountability across teams.
- Assist with forecasting workload and planning for future demand.

Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Operations, Resource Management, Project Management or Creative Delivery.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
