Creative Packaging Coordinator
About The Role
We're looking for a highly organised and innovative Creative Packaging Coordinator to join our Brand & Packaging team. This role will support the delivery of innovative packaging across our product portfolio, coordinating projects from initial creative concepts through to artwork completion and product launch.
Working closely with the Creative Packaging Manager, you'll collaborate with internal teams, external creative agencies and artwork partners to ensure packaging is delivered on time, aligned with brand objectives and meets a high standard of quality.
You will also support the wider Brand & Packaging team on product and packaging photoshoots, working alongside photographers and creatives to ensure products are accurately represented and aligned with brand guidelines.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, project coordination and packaging expertise within a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate packaging projects from creative briefing through to artwork approval and launch.
- Brief and collaborate with external design agencies, ensuring objectives, deliverables and timelines are clear.
- Provide constructive feedback on creative concepts, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones and approvals across multiple packaging developments.
- Work collaboratively with Brand, Packaging, Product Development, Regulatory, Artwork, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
- Support creative reviews and presentations for stakeholder approval.
- Review packaging artwork for accuracy, consistency and production readiness.
- Apply knowledge of packaging production, including Pantone colour management, print methods, finishes and print feasibility.
- Support product and packaging photoshoots, working closely with photographers and the wider creative team to ensure products and packaging are presented accurately, on brand and ready for launch.
- Identify potential risks and support solutions to keep projects progressing.

Essential
What we're looking for
- 2-3+ years' experience in a creative, design or packaging coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with creative agencies, designers or external partners.
- Confidence providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Understanding of packaging artwork, print production and development processes.
- Knowledge of Pantone colour systems, print methods and packaging finishes.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Desirable
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, health & wellness or nutrition.
- Experience working with regulatory packaging requirements.
- Understanding of packaging sustainability considerations.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience supporting product or brand photoshoots.
