The Role
We are looking for a Creative to join our Creative Studio on a 12-month fixed-term basis to develop world-beating campaigns across a diverse range of projects and media.
You'll work on our campaign, content, and activation briefs for a key club partner, to deliver content that hits our brand standards, strengthens our partnership, and delivers against key business needs for our partner.
Who we are
We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success – read more about our history here.
Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture, and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).
Our Commitment to Safeguarding
We are committed to ensuring that our environments for children, young people, and adults at risk remain safe and inclusive. We therefore require successful candidates to complete a DBS check and other essential background checks prior to starting their employment. Depending on the responsibilities of the role, a DBS will be either a basic, standard, or enhanced check.

- Generate innovative ideas and concepts - you'll bring a constant flow of fresh creative thinking, collaborating with colleagues across the Brand team to develop, refine, and successfully deliver campaigns
- Craft compelling creative copy - you'll develop engaging campaign messaging, headlines, social copy, and storytelling concepts that bring ideas to life
- Act as a key contributor to brand-led campaign development - you will help ensure all creative work aligns with our brand strategy, identity, and Club values, maintaining consistency across partner activations
- Partner with commercial and partnership stakeholders - you'll work closely with our Partnership Development team and external partners to create ambitious campaigns that deliver value for both our club and our partners
- Apply the ‘Only Arsenal Can’ lens to creative work - you will ensure campaigns and executions feel authentic, distinctive, and uniquely representative of our identity and heritage

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
