ICONS (www.interioricons.com) is a fast-growing ecommerce furniture company selling design-led products in the US.
We are hiring a Creative Partnerships Manager to build and manage collaborations with talented interior designers and other creatives.
This is a hands-on role combining business development, relationship management, project management and creative execution.
Your mission is to build a strong pipeline of creative collaborations by identifying great partners, winning them over, managing projects from first contact through testing, and helping turn their ideas into compelling visual concepts.
You do not need to be a furniture buyer or product-development specialist. We are looking for someone who is commercially confident, highly organised, creatively minded and comfortable using modern AI tools.
What you will do
- Identify relevant US interior designers, creatives and potential collaboration partners.
- Proactively approach and pitch potential partners.
- Build strong relationships and negotiate collaboration agreements.
- Manage multiple collaborations and external relationships simultaneously.
- Brief partners and keep concepts, feedback and approvals moving to deadline.
- Help turn sketches, references and ideas into compelling visual concepts using AI and other creative tools.
- Coordinate internal reviews and product testing.
- Communicate feedback and results clearly to partners.
- Coordinate the handover of successful concepts to the relevant internal teams.
- Track the collaboration pipeline and commercial performance.
- Continuously improve how we source, manage and scale creative partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
