Job Title: Creative Strategy Lead @ High-Growth Consumer App

Location: Remote (UK)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE, plus bonus

A fast-growing, founder-led consumer app is looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to build and own their entire paid creative function from the ground up.

The business has already proven its paid acquisition engine, investing six figures a month into Meta and TikTok profitably. With strong organic traction and a loyal user base, they're now looking for someone to bring structure, strategy and scale to their creative output as they push toward their next stage of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to be the first dedicated creative hire, working directly with the founders to build the systems, testing frameworks and team that will power the next phase of acquisition. You'll own everything from customer insight and creative strategy through to production, testing and iteration.

If you love owning a creative function end-to-end, thrive on data-informed creative decisions, and want real influence in a founder-led business with genuine purpose, this is a standout opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full paid-creative pipeline: strategy, hypotheses, briefing, production management and iterative learning loops
  • Build a structured creative testing roadmap so the team is consistently learning what's working, what isn't, and what to test next
  • Develop deep customer understanding through research, reviews, comments, surveys and performance data
  • Work closely with the media buying function to analyse performance and shape what to iterate, scale or test next
  • Write sharp, actionable briefs for creators, editors and designers
  • Hire and manage a team of creators, editors and designers, raising the bar on execution
  • Build out the creative function's systems and processes from scratch

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
