Job Title: Creative Growth Strategist @ High-Growth Femtech Brand

Location: London (currently remote, 3 days/week in London in 2027)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE

A fast-growing health brand is looking for a Creative Performance Strategist to bridge the gap between performance insight and creative output.

Backed by strong recent investment and scaling internationally, the business has built a high-performing creative function spanning brand and performance. This newly created role sits at the heart of that growth story.

This is a performance-first, creative-second role. You won't be producing fully fleshed-out concepts, you'll be the translator between data, audience insight and the creative team, turning what's working into sharp briefs and creative hypotheses that fuel growth.

You'll work closely with an international performance creative and growth team, reporting into the Creative Director, with close ties to the Head of Growth. There's genuine scope to shape how this function grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate performance data and audience insights into clear, actionable creative briefs and hypotheses
  • Work closely with the performance creative and growth teams to identify what's driving results
  • Own creative strategy across Meta (bread and butter), with TikTok a strong plus and YouTube/Connected TV on the roadmap
  • Build a structured, repeatable approach to briefing that scales as the business enters new markets
  • Partner cross-functionally with growth, brand and creative leadership to keep strategy aligned
  • Support the evolution of the function as it expands

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
