Job Title: Creative Strategist @ Fast-Growing Global Home & Lifestyle Brand

Location

Remote (UK), moving to hybrid ~2 days/week in Central London later in 2026

Job Type

Full-Time, Permanent

Salary

£60,000 - £75,000 DOE

A fast-growing, globally established home & lifestyle brand is looking for a Creative Strategist to lead their UK paid social creative as they build out a brand-new UK arm of the business.

Already a major name internationally, the brand is now investing serious budget into scaling its presence in the UK market from the ground up. With strong backing, an ambitious growth plan, and a lean founding team on the ground, this is a genuinely rare opportunity to shape a market from day one.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of data and creativity. You'll own the UK paid social creative process end-to-end, briefing, testing, iterating and reporting, working closely with global creative and an external creative agency to keep pace with a fast-moving growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end creative strategy process for UK paid social, using customer insight, performance data and platform best practice to produce high-performing ads
  • Manage a creative roadmap, tracking what's briefed, in progress, ready to test and next
  • Build a deep understanding of the UK customer through internal data, reviews and other sources
  • Run parallel creative workflows: iterating on existing assets and launching new creative to unlock growth
  • Write clear, hypothesis-led creative briefs that highlight key product USPs
  • Collaborate with producers, creative directors, editors and external agency partners (local and global) to bring ideas to life
  • Monitor and report on ad performance, sharing learnings and actions with UK and global stakeholders
  • Source and activate UK creator content, building a pipeline of relevant talent for whitelisted ads
  • Work closely with global brand and product teams while tailoring creative to UK tone, culture and seasonality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
