Job Description
About Seraphine
Redefining maternity wear for a new generation, Seraphine’s collections are intelligently designed and developed in London to help women maintain their sense of self – and style – through pregnancy. Inspired by the fashion landscape, these trend-led pieces are full of hidden details that allow the fit to cleverly adapt to the changing needs of pregnancy and breastfeeding – always working with a woman's body, rather than against it.
Role Purpose
The Creative Post-Production Manager acts as the ultimate gatekeeper of how our brands look and communicate online, ensuring every product is presented at its absolute best to maximise conversion. This is an autonomous, driving role where you will orchestrate the asset pipeline, execute operational readiness checks, manage landing page logistics, and own relationships with platform partners. You are fully accountable for the momentum, delivery, and constant refinement of our digital storefronts based on trade performance and customer behavior.
Role Responsibilities
E-Com Platform Operations & Asset Readiness
- Own and drive the end-to-end critical path to get styles live efficiently across NEXT.com, Zalando, and social commerce channels
- Conduct daily e-com site checks across all platforms to ensure optimal visual execution, link integrity, and overall brand health
- Perform final PIM (Product Information Management) checks for e-com readiness, proactively tracking down internal teams to resolve data gaps
- Organise post-shoot folders, establish clear naming conventions, and route final images correctly within the DAM and partner systems
- Act as the central intermediary between the Creative/Marketing team and the central Enderby content team, translating creative briefs into technical briefs
Digital Merchandising & Content Excellence
- Guard the on-site Tone of Voice (ToV) and copy alignment, ensuring everything follows brand guidelines and is fully SEO-optimised
- Manage Home Pages, CTAs, and the curation of specific e-com product lists (e.g., Babywearing, Baby Shower, etc.)
- Maintain total accountability for product imagery, monitoring web presentation to ensure lead images are commercially optimal
- Oversee the functionality of on-site interactive features, including 3D product customisation tools and connections
- Own day-to-day relationship management with the core Next E-com and Zalando partner teams to align on requirements

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
