Major Players are partnering with an award-winning, independent, social-first creative agency to hire a Creative Producer into their fast-growing team.

You are someone who combines exceptional creative instinct with world-class production expertise – you will instinctively know what elevates an idea from good to unforgettable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to own and shape creative production across the agency, leading end-to-end campaigns from brief through to final delivery. Working alongside the Strategy, Creative and Client Services teams to ensure every campaign is beautifully executed, creatively distinctive, and designed for social-first audiences.

This is a genuine leadership role where you will mentor the existing production team while helping shape what comes next.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client objectives and social media strategies into ambitious, engaging integrated campaigns.
  • Lead end-to-end production plans and timelines, from creative concept through to final delivery, ensuring all projects are within budget and to the highest creative standard.
  • Build creative territories, visual references, treatments, and mood boards.
  • Foster long-term client and stakeholder relationships based on trust, creativity, and exceptional delivery.
  • Lead creative production meetings and workshops, presenting concepts with confidence, translating client objectives into execution, and guiding clients calmly through the production process.
  • Lead shoots on location, managing logistics and suppliers.
  • Oversee post-production, reviewing edits, and providing creative feedback.
  • Source, brief, and oversee top-tier creative talent (directors, DOPs, editors, photographers, stylists, set designers, creators, etc.) and continuously grow the agency’s talent network.
  • Support junior producers, build scalable production systems, improve operational efficiencies, and contribute to future team growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
