About Mongoose

Mongoose is a global, integrated agency leader in sport, entertainment, and lifestyle. Operating across social, experiential, communications and commercial partnerships, we have supported the growth of brands of the future, such as Peloton, as well as leading global names including Chelsea FC, The North Face, Live Nation and NFL UK & IRE. We combine deep strategic insight, cutting-edge creative, and robust analytics to deliver campaigns that resonate culturally and achieve tangible results.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Creative Producer to join our studio team to work across projects in the sporting world, with a focus on Formula 1, Motorsport, Tennis and American Football. This role will be responsible for developing distinctive, ambitious content ideas and turning them into compelling concepts that can be confidently pitched and sold to clients.

You will own the creative process from ideation through to production and delivery, collaborating closely with teams and partners while balancing client needs, audience relevance, budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, organisational skills, creativity and a deep understanding of sporting content.

Responsibilities

  • Ideas: Come up with distinctive, relevant and ambitious content ideas.
  • Development: Turn those ideas into compelling concepts, treatments, scripts, decks and pitches.
  • Selling: Present ideas confidently to clients and help win their buy-in.
  • Production: Once sold, own the creative production process and make the idea happen.
  • Creative oversight: Protect the creative idea throughout production, from brief to final delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Content Directors, creatives, production co-ordinators, editors, directors and external production partners.
  • Client: Build trusted relationships and understand what clients need creatively and commercially.
  • Sport/culture: Have a strong understanding of sport, social culture and what makes content resonate with audiences.
  • Commercial awareness: Understand budgets, feasibility and timelines without letting production constraints kill good ideas.
  • Pitching: Be comfortable standing in front of a client and saying – here’s the idea, here’s why it’s right for you, and here’s how we’re going to make it happen.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
