The Opportunity
We're looking for a Creative Producer to join socialed and take ownership of how our creative work comes to life, from concept through to final delivery.
This role is focussed on bringing creative and production excellence to our work across a range of high-growth start-ups, established UK/US brands and large multi-national / group organisations.
This is primarily focussed on:
- Driving creative quality and consistency
- Ensuring content lands on time and at a high standard
- Creating clarity, structure and momentum across shoots, edits and campaigns
You will act as the conduit between strategy, creative and production, shepherding ideas from brief to finished content. You will report to the Project Director / founders.
You will also take ownership of the production process on a number of key client accounts, bringing your creative eye and organisation to our delivery function and acting as a trusted collaborator to creative and client teams alike.
Your Main Responsibilities Include:
Production & Delivery:
- Produce content from brief through to final output.
- Keep shoots, edits and campaigns on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard.
- Coordinate creative, talent and production teams and remove blockers.
- Ensure clear communication across strategy, creative and production.

Creative Ops:
- Improve production processes and workflows.
- Maintain quality control across all creative deliverables.
- Manage production budgets across retainer and project-based clients.
- Support new business briefs by scoping production requirements and resourcing.
- Build accountability and craft across the creative team.
Creative Leadership:
- Lead the creative delivery of a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Act as a trusted creative partner to our brands.
- Contribute to quarterly planning and senior stakeholder meetings.
- Identify opportunities to elevate creative output and add production value.

Who is this role for
Someone who...
- Has 3+ years in an agency environment (social, influencer, production or integrated)
- Is naturally organised, structured and detail-oriented
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments
- Is confident managing creative talent, shoots and production timelines
- Understands how social/content/production workflows operate
- Is comfortable being the person who holds the creative standard
About you...
- Creative clarity at speed - the ability to cut through to find the strongest idea and execution. Able to operate fast & proactively.
- Accountability - you don't let things slip and are happy owning production schedules.
- Proactivity - you solve problems before they evolve.
- Calm under pressure - you keep shoots and edits moving, even when busy.
- High standards - good enough isn't good enough.
- Social fluency - able to speak fluently on social / content to act as a trusted creative advisor to key accounts.
