About the Role
We’re looking for a brilliant Creative Producer to join Whipped Cream – someone who is seriously good at making ambitious creative ideas happen in the real world. You’ll be hands-on across brand activations, experiences and cultural moments, taking ownership from initial creative development and production planning through to live delivery. We’re looking for someone who gets into the detail, moves quickly and comes with solutions. You’ll know how to find brilliant suppliers, interrogate a quote, build a watertight production plan and keep a cool head when something inevitably changes at the eleventh hour. Just as importantly, we want someone creatively minded. Someone who doesn’t simply receive an idea and work out how to produce it, but contributes to making it better – finding smart, unexpected ways to deliver ambitious work within the realities of timeline and budget. You’ll have plenty of autonomy and ownership, while working closely with our creative, client services and senior production team on our biggest and most complex projects.
About Us
Whipped Cream is a creative studio blending talent, brand and experience.
We combine strategic thinking with culturally anchored execution to create campaigns, partnerships and experiences that cut through category and moments that live beyond it.
We’ve partnered with brands like Blank Street, Taco Bell, Disney, Atlassian Williams, ITV, Spotify and Joe & The Juice - brands that dream big and trust us to bring ambitious ideas to life.
We like our ideas a little unexpected, our humour a little dry, and our people (and partners) kind, curious and collaborative. No egos. No gatekeeping. Just a shared belief that great things happen when smart, creative people come together to make something meaningful.
As for Us:
We have 3 core values that we live + breathe;
- Wondrous Because if we aren’t inspiring you, what are we really doing?
- Witty We take our work seriously, not ourselves.
- Welcoming Big ideas need open minds (and nice people).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Manage logistics including transport, storage, shipping, install and de-rig requirements.
