Kepler Interactive

Kepler Interactive is a collective of creatives working together to bring bold, beautiful ideas and experiences to life. We believe in empowering creativity, championing diverse voices, and shaping what’s next in interactive entertainment.

Creativity is at the core of everything we do, it’s the backbone of how we work. We back artistic vision, push boundaries, and believe in doing things differently.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Creative Producer to help keep our creative and marketing work moving across Kepler Interactive and our portfolio of games and creative projects.

Working across multiple games, campaigns and teams, you’ll bring structure to complex projects, making sure the right people have the right information at the right time and that great ideas make it from brief through to delivery.

You’ll sit at the centre of our Marketing team, connecting internal teams, studios and external partners, keeping an eye on timelines, budgets, quality and all of the moving pieces in between.

This role is a 6 months FTC

Success in this role looks like:

  • Marketing and creative projects are organised, visible and moving forward, even when there are multiple priorities in play.
  • Teams have clarity on deliverables, deadlines, ownership and what needs to happen next.
  • Potential blockers or bottlenecks are spotted early and proactively worked through.
  • Creative work has the structure and support it needs to be delivered at a consistently high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a central, day-to-day point of contact for a range of creative and marketing requests and projects, owning and maintain timelines, deliverables and dependencies across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Manage production of assets and ideas end-to-end, from initial brief and planning through to final delivery, keeping everyone on brand and on deadline.
  • Co-ordinate marketing operations including platform submissions and workflows, asset and information distribution, approvals and campaign requirements as required for each project.
  • Keep projects on target across time, cost and quality, identifying risks before they become blockers, and monitor how projects are actually running and suggest ways to work better.
  • Keep projects aligned with our strategy and Kepler Interactive’s own identity and vision as well as the games we publish.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers, agencies and consultants to get approved work into production.
  • Make sure teams have clear visibility of priorities, responsibilities and upcoming deadlines.
  • Help improve the processes and ways of working that allow our Creative and Marketing team to operate effectively.
  • Support the team in navigating changing priorities without losing sight of what matters most.

  • Solutions focussed, happy to suggest better ways of working beyond flagging a problem.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to balance competing priorities and keep multiple work-streams moving.
  • Experience working across distributed or international teams is advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in games and the culture surrounding them is advantageous.
