Superbeam is a strategic film and branded content agency for ambitious brands that want to humanise. We produce strategy led films and campaigns for B2B brands who believe human focused storytelling drives real transformation, not just attention.

About the role

This is not a role about keeping a production machine running or ticking boxes. We have created this role because we want to go further and deeper with every piece of work; developing genuine creative partnership with some of the leading brands in our world, built around brand journalism and branded documentary as formats B2B has barely begun to use. We want someone who sees that gap and wants to close it and isn't scared to roll their sleeves up and put a shift in making it happen.

You will lead the logistical oversight of the work, whilst also creatively helping shape a slate of films and series that build a brand's reputation over time rather than a single campaign moment, protecting the emotional truth of every story while running the practical realities of budgets, crews, and schedules underneath it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
