About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing, science-driven wellness and performance brand with an exceptionally engaged community at its heart.
Are you an organised, creatively minded Creative Producer who knows how to turn ambitious ideas into exceptional content? This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in the fitness and wellness sector, supporting an expanding creative team across photography, video production, brand activations and experiential events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production calendar across multiple business areas, coordinating shoots, deadlines, resources and deliverables.
- Translate creative briefs into practical production plans, outlining timelines, budgets, crew requirements and logistics.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts, resource gaps and delivery risks early, implementing solutions before they affect production.
- Plan and manage photography and video shoots across studio environments, on-location settings and live events, from pre-production through to final wrap.
- Coordinate shoot logistics, locations, equipment, permissions, crew and production requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact on set, ensuring shoots run smoothly and remain aligned with the creative brief.
- Produce brand activations, pop-ups and experiential events from initial planning through to execution.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, staging, equipment, staffing and event logistics.
- Source, brief and manage photographers, videographers, stylists, production crew and other freelance specialists.
- Build and maintain a reliable network of creative freelancers and suppliers to support increasing production demands.
- Manage production budgets across photography, video, events and wider creative projects.
- Monitor expenditure throughout the production process, maintaining visibility of costs and commitments.

About You
- Production experience: At least four years of experience in a creative, marketing or team production role, ideally spanning photography, video and events.
- End-to-end project delivery: A proven track record of delivering creative projects on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Strong organisational skills: The ability to manage multiple productions, competing deadlines and changing priorities without losing sight of the detail.
- Shoot management expertise: Confidence coordinating production teams, managing on-set activity and resolving challenges as they arise.
