The Role
The Creative Producer is responsible for bringing Yeo Valley Organic's creative vision to life by ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns, content, and brand activations from concept through to completion. Acting as the operational heartbeat of the creative team, this role combines exceptional project management with a strong creative eye to deliver inspiring work on time, on budget, and to the brand standards.
This is a new role developed to support while the Creative Marketing Manager is on maternity leave.

Hours
This is a fixed-term (16 months) 40 hours a week position, based at our Head Office in the village of Blagdon. You must be available to start in September.
Salary
Up to £50,000, depending on experience.
About You
We’re looking for someone to support the Head of Brand and Creative Marketing Manager to deliver creative projects across the business. You’ll be working closely with internal teams and external partners to transform creative ideas into achievable production plans, managing every stage of the process from brief to production and delivery.

You should be confident that you can demonstrate the following:

- Proven experience - As a Creative Producer, Production Manager, or similar role.
- Creative thinker - Full of ideas and energy, with the ability to help shape and deliver engaging marketing activity.
- Organised and proactive - Able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and creative requests with ease.
- Strong creative eye - Confident in design and storytelling.
- Brand & visual identity - Confident interpreting and applying brand guidelines to keep everything looking and feeling distinctly Yeo.
- Detail obsessed - You’ve got a great eye for what looks good and what feels right.
- Team player - Collaborative, friendly, and happy rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Passion - Be passionate about food, farming, and sustainability with an enthusiasm to create work that reflects Yeo Valley values.
