About The Role
The most ambitious creative work doesn't come to life because everything goes according to plan. It happens because someone can see a path where others see obstacles. Someone who knows how to bring together the right people, partners, technologies and production approaches to turn creative ambition into real-world impact.
We're looking for a hungry, ambitious Creative Producer who knows how great work gets made.
You'll join a growing creative team working across brilliant brands in consumer, technology, healthcare and corporate worlds, helping bring earned-first campaigns, social activations, content programmes, creator partnerships, experiences and cultural moments into the world.
You'll work alongside creatives, strategists, designers and account teams from the earliest stages of idea development, helping shape concepts, identify the right partners and find smarter ways to make ambitious ideas happen. From advising on production approaches and building delivery plans to sourcing specialist partners and solving complex challenges and challenging budgets, you'll play a critical role in turning creative ambition into reality.
We're looking for someone who understands that production is a creative discipline in its own right. Someone who can champion ideas while balancing quality, feasibility, budget and timing. Someone who sees production not as a constraint, but as an opportunity to make ideas even better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
