The Role
Working closely with the Creative Director and Head of Social, you’ll take creative ideas and turn them into a consistent stream of high-performing content across paid social, organic and wider brand campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for organising and maximising existing content, coordinating and running shoots, developing hooks and creative angles, briefing editors and managing the UGC and creator pipeline.
You’ll also work closely with their media-buying partner to maintain a strong testing rhythm and understand what creative is driving performance.

About You
You’ll ideally have experience within a fast-growing D2C or ecommerce brand, with a strong understanding of paid social and performance creative.
You’ll be highly organised, hands-on and comfortable managing shoots, creators and multiple pieces of content simultaneously. Most importantly, you’ll understand what makes people stop scrolling and be able to combine strong creative instincts with a commercial, performance-led mindset.

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience.
