A high-growth, globally focused marketing agency is looking for Creative Producers and Junior Creative Producers to join its growing production team.

This is an opportunity to work across fast-moving creative projects for ambitious brands across fintech, consumer apps, ecommerce, gaming, and B2B, producing high-impact content across social, digital, and paid channels.

The team is working at the forefront of modern content production, combining film, VFX, AI, UGC, and social-first creative to produce high-quality work quickly. You'll be surrounded by people experimenting with new technologies and creative approaches, with plenty of opportunity to develop your production skills and take on increasing responsibility.

There are opportunities at both Junior Producer and Producer level, depending on experience. The team is open to early-career talent with a strong creative instinct as well as established Producers who can take greater ownership of productions from brief through to delivery.

The Opportunities

As a Junior Producer, you'll work alongside experienced Producers and the wider creative team, supporting the delivery of a wide range of productions. You'll build experience across social-first and UGC content, commercials, films, and more experimental AI-led projects.

As a Producer, you'll take greater ownership of productions from brief through to final delivery, coordinating the people, creative, logistics, and suppliers required to bring ideas to life. You'll be expected to work independently, solve problems quickly, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and at pace.

The team is increasingly working on hybrid AI productions, combining filmed footage with AI-generated environments, characters, effects, and other creative elements. These are often lightweight, fast-turnaround productions designed for advertising and social.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
