IndyStudios is looking for 2 x Creative Producers who can demonstrate strong storytelling abilities, excellent editing skills, and experience using AI video generation tools for ethical and responsible production.
What You'll Do:
- Develop episode concepts and scripts in collaboration with our core creative and production team.
- Edit in Adobe Premiere Pro to a high creative standard.
- Work hands-on with AI video generation platforms.
- Manage filming and post-production workflows.
- An opportunity for the right candidate to put their mark on a Creator led YouTube project.

Key Attributes and Experience:
- A broad interest in US historical or documentary-style content.
- Scriptwriting experience and understanding of story structure.
- Excellent editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Confidence working with Gen AI video tools.
- Ability to craft engaging narratives from research.
- Strong organisational skills and comfort managing timelines and assets.
- Creative, adaptive, and collaborative, with a passion for innovative storytelling.
- Clear communication and comfort working with talent.

Good to have:
- Thumbnail concepting and basic design skills.
- Understanding of YouTube formats – pacing, hooks, retention, packaging.
- Experience with archival research and sourcing public domain materials.
- Self-starter mindset – able to take a story from concept to final delivery.
