About the role

We're hiring for a strategic creative production studio working with luxury and automotive brands — think world-famous motorsport circuits and leading British luxury car manufacturers. They take ideas from concept to final cut, delivering campaigns that captivate, convert, and compound brand value. Brands with serious standards and serious budgets.

They're not a big agency. That's a choice. They operate lean, move fast, and every person on the team has real influence over the work they produce. They're growing — and this role is a key part of that growth.

The work is real

  • The briefs are genuinely interesting.
  • The work gets made and it goes live — on-track, on the walls of Knightsbridge, on channels with real audiences.
  • No spec work, no waiting years to see your name on something.

Involved from day one

  • They're not big enough to give anyone a tiny slice of a large machine.
  • You'll be across the full process — from how they approach a brief to how they deliver the final cut.
  • More growth, and faster, than anything a larger agency can offer.

You'll learn fast

  • Being embedded in a small, ambitious team means you see everything — strategy conversations, production decisions, client dynamics.
  • If you learn by doing, this is the environment that accelerates you.

You're building something

  • They're at an early growth stage.
  • Join now and you'll be one of the people who builds them into what they become next.
  • That's a different kind of opportunity to joining a company that's already figured it all out.

The Role

This is a post-production led creative role with a clear trajectory into broader creative responsibilities — including on-location work and art direction. The right person starts in the edit suite and grows into the shoot.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The team

  • Two people today, growing.
  • You'll work directly with the founder and the Client Partner.
