Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Producer (Performance Marketing) based in United Kingdom.

This role leads the end-to-end production of performance marketing creatives across major acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google. You’ll turn data-backed insights and performance needs into clear creative briefs, hypotheses, and testing plans. Working across multiple products, you’ll help shape creative strategy while keeping production efficient, scalable, and focused on measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with UA specialists, designers, editors, AI teams, freelancers, and external agencies. The role combines creative judgment with a strong understanding of performance metrics and user acquisition. You’ll also help build repeatable best practices and accelerate testing and iteration across a global, remote environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end creative production process for user acquisition advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Google, from initial brief through final assets.
  • Translate data-driven ideas and performance insights into precise creative briefs that provide clear direction while allowing controlled creative initiative.
  • Provide actionable feedback supported by clear reasoning, references, and performance context, explaining the rationale behind requested changes.
  • Contribute to creative strategy by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and internal user acquisition reports.
  • Maintain and develop a library of creative best practices, providing clear production guidelines to freelancers and external agencies.
  • Partner closely with user acquisition teams to translate performance requirements into creative hypotheses, briefs, and structured testing plans.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and AI production teams to create high-quality assets efficiently and at scale.
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows and fast creative iteration cycles.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
