Creative Producer
£40,000–£45,000 +
Kemsing, Kent
Full-time, permanent
We’re looking for a Creative Producer to join the studio team of an exciting creative production business specialising in PR, influencer and product seeding campaigns for leading beauty, cosmetics and lifestyle brands.
This is a hands-on role combining creative thinking, project management, production and commercial awareness.
You’ll be involved from the initial client brief through to the finished product, working across:
- Creative concepts and visualisation
- Bespoke print and packaging projects
- Client briefs and presentations
- Supplier and manufacturing management
- Quotes, costs and commercial negotiations
- Production timelines and project management
- Working closely with internal studio, fulfilment and client services teams
- Managing multiple projects from brief through to completion

What we’re looking for
This is a fairly niche brief, so we’re looking for someone who brings a strong combination of creative and commercial experience.
You may come from a creative agency, packaging design, PR, influencer marketing or production environment, ideally with experience of:
- PR mailers / influencer campaigns / product seeding
- Beauty, cosmetics or lifestyle brands
- Graphic design or packaging
- Managing external suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Client-facing project management
- Budgeting, quoting and commercial decision-making

We’re not looking for someone purely from traditional print management or standard commercial print.
We want someone energetic and ideas-led who enjoys getting stuck into projects, can confidently manage suppliers and clients and understands how to turn a creative idea into something that can actually be produced.
