About BABYBOO

BABYBOO is a rapidly scaling Australian fashion eCommerce brand, shipping statement pieces around the world. We exist to empower women to look and feel incredible for their most special moments – from first click to final wear.

We move fast, we back our ideas with data, and we’re obsessed with our customer. With a strong foothold in Australia, the USA, UK and Europe, we’re building a global brand with a loyal, hype-driven community at the core.

The Opportunity

Join BABYBOO as our Creative Producer and be the support behind the execution of our global creative campaigns. Reporting to our International Creative Lead, you'll assist every campaign, content shoot and brand activation to be delivered seamlessly. Working closely with our UK and Australian creative teams, you'll coordinate bookings, budgets, timelines and approvals aligned across time zones.

This is a fast-paced, logistics-led and execution role where organisation and efficiency are everything. You'll help coordinate photoshoots, creator and influencer events, brand launches, pop-up experiences, press events and campaign activations, managing talent, suppliers, travel, budgets and production schedules to deliver premium experiences that reflect the BABYBOO brand.

You'll be comfortable travelling both within the UK and internationally to support campaign execution, adapting to changing priorities and thriving in a hands-on, high-energy environment. If you love bringing large-scale creative projects to life and take pride in flawless execution, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
