CREATIVE PRODUCER London | Full Time | £35,000 per annum
The Role
We're looking for a Creative Producer to join our production team and help us create bigger, better and more entertaining content across our platforms.
This is a creative and hands-on role that spans the entire production process - from coming up with the initial idea, through planning and pre-production, to being on the ground making it happen.
You'll work closely with our wider creative and production team to develop YouTube videos, social content, challenges, special-edition episodes and new formats, helping turn a simple idea into a fully realised piece of content.
We're looking for someone who is naturally creative, highly organised and excited by the chaos of production.
What you'll be doing
Ideation & Creative Development
- Coming up with original digital content ideas
- Developing concepts from initial ideas into strong, workable video formats
- Researching trends, stories, locations, people and concepts that could become great content
- Pitching ideas to the wider team and helping develop them
- Developing recurring formats and series alongside one-off concepts
- Working closely with Producers, Editors and Creatives to develop the visual and editorial direction of a video

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
