About The Role

The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots own brand. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team, with the speed, flexibility, and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up, underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.

As a Creative Producer within the B-Hive, you will own photography and video productions for multiple brands within The Boots Group from concept development to on-set execution. You will translate a creative concept into a detailed production brief, coordinate our production partners, all while overseeing all stages of production. You will work across our in-house production studio and oversee multiple external agency production partners being one of the leading central voices of production in our team.

The ideal candidate has strong technical production knowledge, experience running shoots, excellent communication skills, and a proactive creative approach to delivering high-quality content in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You are just as comfortable in a client call dissecting deliverables and marketing strategies as you are directing stylists or talent on set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for producing photography and video shoots for multiple brands while overseeing creative generation of CG/AI assets
  • Developing relationships with clients, presenting creative and leading production calls such as response to briefs and pre-production meetings
  • Writing quality production briefs translating a brand's vision into a detailed shot list, styling, and capturing any technical requirements
  • Briefing stylists, photographers, videographers, CGI, creatives, and retouch
  • Creating and maintaining all key project documents such as timelines, budgets, casting, and permits
  • Liaising with external suppliers to arrange services or resources
  • Attending shoots and being the brand representative on set, product, and brand integrity sits with you
  • Supporting Lead Creative Producer on large scale campaigns
  • Supporting the wider team on content planning, creative ideation, and escalations as a trusted voice in the team
  • Line management of junior producer to support their development and progression

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
