2876 - Creative Producer & Videographer (Influencer Campaign Production) - UK

Role Summary and Impact

Goat is WPP Media’s influencer solution, helping global brands harness the power of social and creator-led content to deliver measurable impact. Recognised as a global leader in the space, we deliver award-winning campaigns in more than 70 countries. With over 650 social natives worldwide, we create ambitious influencer programmes—from tactical activations to long-term partnerships—designed to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across the full marketing funnel.

As a midweight Creative Producer & Videographer, you will act as a "Swiss Army Knife" within the Campaign Production Team, delivering high quality social content for our clients. You will be a versatile, hybrid specialist who seamlessly bridges the gap between creative ideation, logistical production, hands-on shooting, and editing.

Designed for an ambitious content professional in their early career, this role is built for efficiency and creative agility. You will take end-to-end ownership of your projects, helping scale our output. You have a strong eye for videography, with ability to adapt the shooting style to suit client and project briefs. You are highly collaborative, commercially minded, and ready to jump into multiple areas of our fast-paced workflow to deliver high-quality, social-first content.

Expected Discipline & Allocation

  • Shooting (50%): Leading the camera on self-produced projects and supporting larger-scale shoots.
  • Editing (40%): Cutting, grading, and delivering the content you shoot to deliver client-ready assets.
  • Production (10%): Handling end-to-end logistics, scheduling, and prep for your independent projects.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Production & Autonomy

  • Project Ownership: Manage mid-scale production projects from brief to final delivery, overseeing all elements of pre production and post production, supported by the Senior Campaign Production Manager.
  • Logistical Prep: Coordinate basic production logistics, including scheduling, talent/influencer coordination, and equipment prep.
  • Workflow Integration: Maintain high efficiency, ensuring your time is fully utilised and aligned with client-billable projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Social-First Shooting & Cinematography

  • Hands-on Videography: Serve as the lead videographer on your own projects, capturing highly engaging, platform-native content optimised for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and Shorts.
  • Collaborative Support: Feed into larger agency shoots alongside senior producers.
  • Equipment Mastery: Confidently operate a variety of camera, lighting, and audio packages suitable for agile, fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for the organisation and upkeep of our in house equipment store.

Agile Post-Production & Editing

  • Self-Sufficient Editing: Own the post-production phase of your shoots, translating raw footage into polished, compelling social cuts.
  • Post Oversight: Be able to delegate edits for your projects, briefing editors and reviewing their work, providing clear and concise feedback aligned with project goals.
  • Team Support: Deliver clean, organised project files, opening up capacity for the core post-production team to focus on heavy, complex agency workloads.
  • Platform Formatting: Ensure all edits are optimised for various social aspect ratios, safe zones, and platform trends (including typography, hooks, and pacing).

Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in video production, shooting, and editing, preferably within an agency, publisher, or social-first media brand. Freelance experience is also considered.
  • A proven track record of acting as a "one-person crew"—capable of directing, shooting, and editing your own work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, or similar digital cinema systems) as well as mobile/gimbal setups.
  • Working knowledge of lighting design for simple interview and social content set ups.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and DaVinci Resolve skills are a major plus).
  • A deep understanding of what makes content perform on social media platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and the ability to adapt creative formats accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage project stakeholders and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams (Campaigns, Strategy, and Paid Media).
  • A calm, structured approach to managing multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
