We Currently Recruiting for an Experienced Creative Producer / Project Manager

We currently recruiting for an experienced Creative Producer / Project Manager to join the in-house creative studio of a leading Insurance firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys managing projects from brief through to final delivery.

You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality creative work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Working closely with creatives, stakeholders and external suppliers, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the end-to-end production of creative projects across multiple channels.
  • Reviewing incoming creative briefs to ensure all requirements are clear before work begins.
  • Planning production schedules, managing timelines and coordinating day-to-day workloads.
  • Working closely with designers, creatives and business stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Managing production budgets and identifying opportunities to maximise value and efficiencies.
  • Coordinating external suppliers, agencies, freelancers, talent, locations and production partners.
  • Tracking creative assets throughout the production lifecycle, managing scope changes and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Leading internal and client review processes, ensuring feedback is captured and communicated effectively.
  • Delivering final creative assets on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Identifying production risks early and working collaboratively to resolve challenges.
  • Carrying out quality assurance and proofreading to ensure all deliverables meet brand and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Creative Producer, Creative Project Manager or Production Manager within an agency or in-house creative studio.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing creative production timelines, budgets and external suppliers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised approach with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working within regulated or highly governed environments would be advantageous but isn't essential.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional creative work while maintaining efficiency and quality.
