Universal+ is the group’s general entertainment streaming service available outside the US. As a hybrid linear and non-linear SVOD, the service aggregates linear networks on affiliate platforms and offers subscribers both live programming and an extensive range of VOD content, including territory premieres and boxsets – available all in one place. NBCU’s direct-to-consumer activity outside the US includes Hayu, the reality SVOD service available in 45 territories – including the UK, Canada and across Europe and Asia Pacific.
Programme Eligibility
To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria:
- You’re currently an undergraduate studying at university and returning to full-time education in Autumn 2028 and returning to full time education in Autumn 2028
- You’re looking to gain work experience after completing your A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship
Additionally, you must also:
- Be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 5th July 2027 – Friday 21st July 2028
- Be able to work in NBCUniversal's Central London office on-site four days per week

What will I be doing?
The Creative Production Intern will work within the Creative department, who are responsible for all the creation and production delivery of Universal’s promotional output for EMEA. This role will support all areas of Creative & Production including editors, project managers, designers, audio & technical teams.
- Creative thinker with the skills and imagination to think of and to help produce eye-catching promotional trailers, shorts and interstitials
- Delivery of all production for some of our biggest international channels
- Plan and execute end-to-end on air campaigns
- Final file delivery and coordination of assets in conjunction with project managers and digital video producers
- Attending creative & production meetings and helping with any necessary admin
What will I learn from this opportunity?

- Managing various project timelines and milestones
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
Qualifications
What do I need to bring to the role?
- Interest in all aspects of Production
- Interest in Short form video, trailers, digital, social, and other AV assets
- A keen interest in the understanding of the on-air production cycle and a willingness to learn
- Some experience in digital editing
- Keen eye for detail
- Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Teams and outlook software
- Highly organised & keen problem solver
- An interest in technical creative processes and multitude of software’s used
- Highly organised & keen problem solver
- Quick learner
