Our partner is looking for a Creative Production Lead (Radiotech) based in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a creative production function within a fast-growing mobile product environment. You will translate company-level objectives into clear creative team goals, processes, and measurable outcomes. The position combines people leadership, performance creative strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll build the systems, workflows, and automation needed to increase creative output while improving speed and quality. Working closely with Product, Product Marketing, and User Acquisition teams, you’ll ensure creative priorities are aligned with business and testing needs. This is also a strong leadership growth opportunity, with a defined path toward broader ownership of creative production.

Accountabilities

  • Translate company-level objectives and OKRs into actionable creative team goals, KPIs, and priorities.
  • Track team performance, creative output, OKR progress, and the business impact of creative initiatives, providing clear reporting to leadership.
  • Own people management activities, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, career development, promotion criteria, and team education.
  • Build structured learning and development programs that strengthen creative capabilities through internal training and external resources.
  • Manage team capacity planning, workload allocation, and resourcing to ensure efficient and sustainable creative production.
  • Build strong relationships with Product, Product Marketing, and User Acquisition teams, aligning creative priorities with product roadmaps and acquisition testing requirements.
  • Represent creative production in cross-functional planning and strategic discussions.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities throughout the creative production pipeline, including briefing, asset delivery, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Own creative production tooling decisions, documentation, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Continuously optimize production processes to reduce time-to-launch while maintaining creative quality and performance.
  • Establish team rituals such as stand-ups, retrospectives, creative reviews, and other operating practices that support effective collaboration.
  • Develop knowledge-sharing systems, including playbooks, best-practice libraries, and post-mortems.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, continuous learning, and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative production, creative strategy, performance creative, or a closely related field.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a team lead or people management capacity.
  • Proven experience producing performance-focused creative for channels such as Meta, AppLovin, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing creative production budgets, capacity, and resources across in-house teams, freelancers, or external agencies.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing creative and the role of creative testing in user acquisition and business growth.
  • Experience working in mobile app or gaming environments is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with playable advertising formats and tools such as Cocos Creator or similar engines is a plus.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with a genuine interest in building scalable processes, automation, and operational frameworks.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iteration-heavy environments involving multiple products and frequent creative testing cycles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans and measurable team outcomes.
  • Demonstrated interest in progressing toward broader leadership responsibility within creative production.
