Overview

The Creative Production Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing the brand's visual identity to life across campaigns, lookbooks, ecommerce, and marketing channels. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Brand Image Officer, this role combines creative thinking with exceptional organization to ensure every visual asset reflects the brand's positioning.

Working across creative production, image selection, casting, and shoot planning, the Creative Production Manager is responsible for coordinating the operational delivery of the brand's imagery while contributing to its creative direction. With ecommerce production managed by external partners, the role focuses on elevating brand image, supporting styling and visual concepts, managing creative assets, and owning the end-to-end casting process for all campaigns and lookbook.

Your Mission

Creative Image Production

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of all brand imagery across campaigns, lookbooks, and ecommerce.
  • Own image selection, cropping, retouching feedback, and final asset approval.
  • Alongside the Graphics team, work closely with photographers and retouchers to achieve the desired creative vision.
  • Maintain consistency across all visual assets and brand guidelines.
  • Support creative direction and visual concept development for shoots.

Casting & Talent Management

  • Own all model casting across campaigns, lookbooks, and ecommerce.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies and freelance talent.
  • Research new faces and casting trends that align with the brand aesthetic.
  • Organize castings, fittings, and approvals.
  • Manage talent bookings, negotiations, and contracts.

Creative Development & Shoot Planning

  • Coordinate creative shoot schedules and timelines.
  • Work alongside external production partners to ensure assets meet brand expectations.
  • Support with moodboards and creative concepts, researching competitors and trends.
  • Support styling preparation.
  • Oversee location sourcing, prop sourcing, and shoot logistics.
  • Ensure creative briefs are executed successfully.

Sample & Asset Coordination

  • Align correct samples needed for the Ecom buy (while checking needs for the Retail buy).
  • Manage sample movement for shoots, alongside PR team.
  • Ensure the correct type of product assets are captured for all webpage needs.
  • Work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure samples arrive on time.
  • Coordinate product lists and shot lists.
  • Track asset delivery and image libraries.

Creative Operations

  • Build efficient workflows for creative asset production.
  • Manage multiple concurrent creative projects.
  • Support budget tracking where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative processes.

Your Talent

This role would suit someone looking to develop their career within creative image, styling, and brand campaigns, combining strong operational skills with a genuine passion for luxury fashion imagery.

  • Proven experience within fashion image production, creative operations, campaign production, or brand image.
  • Strong eye for fashion imagery and composition.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent image selection skills.
  • Confident working with photographers and retouchers.
  • Passion for supporting with styling and creative storytelling.
  • Experience managing campaign and lookbook model castings.
  • Solid budget management and financial tracking experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of creative workflows across photography, video, design, and events.
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or production partners.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
