This team is at the heart of how our branded content gets made. They’re fast-moving, social-first experts who turn concepts into scroll-stopping content day in, day out. They pitch, shoot, direct, react to culture, constantly looking for the next thing our audience will love, and always maintaining creative excellence.

If you live and breathe social content, can produce with confidence and want to create culture-shaping content, this is the place to be.

What we look for

  • Strong experience in vertical short-form (TikTok, Insta, YT Shorts) - you know how to hook an audience, how to pace a story, and how to make a vertical feel premium.
  • Solid directing experience - we mean real directing: narrative videos, crew, talent, complexity. You can lead a set, shape a performance, and bring a concept to life.
  • Branded content expert - You’ve made content for clients and know how to balance our editorial with brand needs. You understand ASA guidelines, attribution, and how to make brands feel native.
  • Platform-native thinkers: You know the difference between what works on TikTok vs Insta vs YouTube. You’re tapped into trends, creators, formats and how to make content feel authentic on each platform.
  • Strong Collaborators: You’ll be working with a brilliant team of Creatives, Producers, Editors and Talent. You can take feedback, elevate ideas, and keep projects moving at pace.
