My client is a global leader in the creation & licensing of music for television, film, advertising, and digital media. With a world-class catalogue and a global network of artists, they help storytellers find the perfect soundtrack.
We are looking for a highly organised Creative Project Coordinator to own the day-to-day flow of work through their busy creative studio.
Salary between £34-38k (pro rata)
London Studio (Hybrid 3 days in)
Initial 6 month FTC, opportunity for extension or to go perm

The Role
As the Creative Project Coordinator, you will be the engine room of the studio. You will manage creative requests, track project progress, and ensure every brief moves seamlessly from intake to final delivery. This role is perfect for a process-driven coordinator who loves keeping teams on track, unblocking creatives, and delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of every studio project from initial brief to final delivery.
- Timeline Management: Build, track, and maintain accurate project timelines to keep workflows moving.
- Workload Prioritisation: Manage the daily studio schedule, balance business-as-usual (BAU) requests, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team Support: Keep designers and motion designers clearly briefed, organised, and unblocked.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for project status, actively chasing feedback and stakeholder approvals.
- Studio Governance: Maintain clear project documentation and keep studio folder structures immaculate.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every final deliverable is completed on time, meets quality standards, and is ready for asset handover.

About you
- Experience: Proven experience working as a project coordinator or traffic coordinator in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house studio. Very open to transferable skills, job roles and industries.
- Organisation Skills: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple shifting priorities simultaneously.
- Communication: Clear, confident communication skills to manage expectations across creative teams and stakeholders.
- Problem Solver: A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and finding quick, practical solutions.
- Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira) and file-sharing systems.
