You’ll run multiple projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, bringing clarity to briefs, structure to delivery, and calm confidence to clients. You’ll proactively maintain high delivery standards, spot day-to-day risks early, and suggest practical process improvements that keep work moving smoothly and consistently.
What You’ll Deliver
You’ll project manage a mix of digital and physical outputs, including:
- Presentations and keynote materials
- Video and motion outputs
- Digital campaign assets and marketing collateral
- Event-related creative and communications
- Large-scale physical print
- White papers and long-form documents
- Micro-sites and online self-service communications
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning: Own project plans, milestones, and comms. Ensure smooth delivery across workstreams with minimal oversight.
- Client communication: Manage day-to-day client communication and clarify briefs, timelines, and expectations.
- Cross-team coordination: Coordinate effectively across teams with proactive collaboration and knowledge sharing. Facilitate smooth workflow and communicate well across teams. Support team resource planning.
- Prioritisation: Handle multiple workstreams confidently. Plan and adapt to changing demands.
- Tools and workflow: Independently maintain trackers, comms plans, Scoro entries, and file structures.
- Risk management: Manage risks independently, adjust plans, and communicate changes proactively.
- Resource visibility: Plan own time well, support resourcing conversations, and provide accurate workload info.
- Ownership mindset: Take ownership of individual tasks and projects. Demonstrate initiative by identifying and addressing challenges proactively. Accept feedback positively and take necessary steps to improve performance. Show commitment to achieving team goals and actively contribute to problem-solving efforts.
- Commercial awareness: Understand operational priorities and how decisions impact project profitability, efficiency, or client satisfaction. Work with awareness of time, value, and resource impact.
- Clear communication: Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders. Convey information accurately, both verbally and in writing. Actively participate in meetings, ask relevant questions, and contribute to discussions. Show attentiveness to non-verbal cues and adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Team contribution: Support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a healthy team environment. Uphold Eyeful’s culture in behaviour and decision-making.
- Active listening: Listen attentively to others, demonstrating an understanding of their perspectives and ideas. Ask relevant questions to gather additional information. Provide feedback and acknowledge the speaker's input. Practice empathetic listening.
- Positive momentum: Exhibit the ability to motivate oneself and others. Encourage team members to achieve their goals and celebrate their successes. Demonstrate a positive mindset and help create a supportive work environment. Provide constructive feedback and aid colleagues when needed.
- Quality and improvement: Proactively improve work quality. Suggest small process improvements and adapt based on past learnings.
- Problem solving: Solve routine problems independently. Anticipate risks and take initiative to keep work moving smoothly.
- Personal development: Set development goals aligned with role expectations. Take initiative in building new skills and apply learning in practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
