About the role...
As Creative Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of retail, experiential, shopper marketing, and brand activation projects from brief through to completion. You'll work at the heart of the agency, coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing day to day...
- Managing retail activation, experiential, and integrated marketing projects from briefing through to final delivery
- Coordinating internal creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and critical milestones to keep delivery on track
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, add value to projects, and deliver exceptional client experiences
About you...
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager, Creative Project Manager, or Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys bringing creative campaigns to life. You'll be highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.

What we're looking for...
- Previous experience in a Creative Project Manager, Project Manager, Producer, or similar agency-side role
- Experience delivering retail marketing, shopper, experiential, brand activation, or integrated campaigns
- Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and multiple workstreams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a passion for delivering outstanding creative work
